Louise is a senior marketing and brand strategy leader with over 20 years’ experience working with established destinations and consumer brands at key moments of evolution, repositioning and growth.
Her focus is on providing clarity, prioritisation and senior level judgement, aligning brand ambition with commercial reality.
She led marketing for Battersea Power Station across B2C, B2B and Residential, with responsibility for brand strategy, international tourism marketing and major placemaking initiatives. She worked closely with executive leadership, commercial and leasing teams to reposition the destination on a global stage and deliver measurable brand and commercial outcomes.
Previously, she held senior consumer marketing roles at The Crown Estate and at intu Properties, overseeing flagship London destinations including Regent Street and St James’s, alongside major regional assets such as Trafford Centre, Lakeside, Metrocentre, Rushden Lakes and Fosse Park. Her work centred on building enduring destination brands, driving sustained footfall growth and delivering integrated strategies that balance long term brand value with immediate performance.
With experience spanning hospitality, retail, property, leisure and tourism, she brings clear thinking, disciplined decision making and practical strategies that translate into impact.
